MoveX lets you track and manage your fleet using the mobile device integration.

To get started,

  • Choose your subscription plan and make the payment.
  • Once your MoveX account is activated, a dedicated customer success member will take you through the onboarding process.
  • Next, the administrator can log into the application and start forming its workforce of drivers, and fleet inspectors.

Note :

You will receive the login credentials and the unique domain URL to the registered email address provided during the signup process.

  • The driver will receive the login credentials via SMS to install the mobile application.
  • In the end, every time the driver uses the application, you can track the current location and other trip-related information easily.

Hardware Device Integration

MoveX leverages innovative hardware devices that address your specific business needs.

To get started,

  • Review the hardware vendors that are compatible with the MoveX platform.
  • Upon device confirmation, you can choose your subscription plan and make the payment.
  • A dedicated customer success member will take you through the onboarding process.
  • Our technical support will install the device in your vehicles and activate your account.

Businesses can integrate both mobile and hardware devices for their fleet. In such cases, you can:

1. What is the deployment time for mobile and hardware devices?

In the case of mobile devices, you can start using your application within minutes.

For hardware devices: Based on the hardware and vehicle availability, we will install GPS and OBD devices within 7 working days.

2. Does my vehicle support the hardware device?

All vehicles are supported for mobile and hardware device integration. In the case of OBD2 devices, only BS4 engine vehicles are supported.

3. What are the mobile system requirements?

The mobile application requires Android mobile version 4.0 and above or iOS mobile version 7.0 and above.

5. Can I install my existing hardware device to the platform?

Sure. Kindly talk to our technical support to know if the device is compatible with the MoveX platform here.

6. What is the setup cost?

Mobile device integration: There is absolutely no setup cost for mobile devices.

Hardware device integration: There is a one-time device cost and it depends upon the preferred vendor.

7. Do you provide any warranty for the hardware device?

All hardware devices are provided from certified vendors and the warranty is vendor-specific.

8. What is the device installation cost?
